I have a weakness for cheddar broccoli soup and needed soft foods for a week. The sodium is higher than I'd prefer, but I kicked up the flavor with chicken stock and red pepper flake and the veggies with fresh broccoli.

8 serving Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix
8 cups organic chicken stock
2 bunch broccoli
1 tsp red pepper flake

  1. Cut broccoli into florets.
