Recipe Ingredients for Kickass Tofu Scramble

1 teaspoon shoyu
2 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup firm tofu, squeezed to crumbly
4 scallions, chopped
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Kickass Tofu Scramble

Squeeze tofu to a crumbly texture. Throw it in the frying pan with a medium-high setting. Oil is optional, especially if you are using teflon pan. Toss in scallions and rest of ingredients. Taste and season to your liking.
