Recipe Ingredients for Kicharee

1 cup split peas
1/2 cup yellow peas
1 cup lentils
1 cup quinoa
1 sweet potato
4 carrots
1 tbs Cumin
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil

Recipe Directions for Kicharee

  1. Soak the beans.

  2. Cook the beans and grain for 1/2 hour.

  3. Heat cumin in Coconut Oil

  4. Add Chopped Vegetables

  5. Add vegetables and oil and spice to beans

  6. Cook an additional hour
