400 g Pork
1 Onion
1 Egg
1 Greens - to taste
1 Black pepper - to taste
1 Salt - to taste
70 g dough

Recipe Directions for Khinkali

  1. Cut onions, pork (or lamb) into pieces and make a meat mince

  2. When you make a mince add black pepper, salt, parsley and coriander

  3. Add worm water (1 cup)

  4. Dough must not be soft

  5. Add egg, flour and salt in a half liter of water

  6. Then roll the dough

  7. Cut rings from dough by cup

  8. Put one tablespoon of mince on each dough, tie the edges with small wrinkles

  9. Put Khinkali in salted boiled water

  10. When khinkali comes up wait 5 minutes

  11. Then put Khinkali on the plate so that it must not collapse
