Recipe Ingredients for Khichidi

60 g Moong Dal
30 g Cracked Wheat
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp clarified butter
2 tbsp cashew
8 cups water

Recipe Directions for Khichidi

  1. Slightly roast moong

  2. Add moong, broken wheat, salt and all other ingredients into rice cooker

  3. Give tadka at the end
