Serves 10-12. This recipe is really good and it does taste exactly like KFC.

Recipe Ingredients for KFC Cole Slaw

113 "hellmans" 1/2cup Real Mayonnaise
1/3 c Sugar
1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Buttermilk (okay to omit but double milk)
2 1/2 tbs Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
8 c finely chopped cabbage (about 1 head)
1/4 c shredded carrot (or more)
2 tbs minced onion

Recipe Directions for KFC Cole Slaw

  1. Chop cabbage and carrots to the size of rice.

  2. Combine mayo, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Add cabbage, carrots, and onion, and mix well.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
