Recipe Ingredients for Key Lime Pie

4 tbs. butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
28 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 cup lime juice
2 eggs
10 oz. heavy cream
1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Key Lime Pie

  1. Combine crumbs, butter and sugar. Pat into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.

  2. Mix together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and eggs.

  3. Pour lime mixture into cooled crust. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.

  4. Chill for 2 hours to overnight.

  5. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla. Top pie with cream and serve.
