I make this with Reduced Fat Eagle Brand Milk so the calories aren't quite as much as indicated.

Recipe Ingredients for Key Lime Pie

1 Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust
4 oz. key lime juice
14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 egg yolks

Recipe Directions for Key Lime Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix milk, egg yolks (save whites for an omlette later) and lime juice together.

  3. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake for 20 minutes.

  4. Top with Low Fat Cool Whip.
