Recipe Ingredients for key lime pie

2 graham cracker pie crusts
8 egg yolks
28 oz of sweetened condensed milk
1 c. lime juice

Recipe Directions for key lime pie

  1. beat egg yolks until a light yellow color.

  2. add the condensed milk.

  3. when fully incorporated, add half of the lime juice, mix...then add the other half.

  4. separate into 2 pie shells.

  5. bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
