Kevin's Oatmeal Peanut Butter Muffin

Recipe Ingredients for Kevin's Oatmeal Peanut Butter Muffin

3 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 cup Barley Flour
1/4 cup Brown Rice Flour
1/4 cup Dark Rye Flour
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
2 Egg Whites
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Kevin's Oatmeal Peanut Butter Muffin

  1. Mix all wet ingredients together

  2. in a seperate bowl, combine all flours, salt, and baking powder

  3. combine wet and dry ingredients to form batter

  4. add oatmeal last

  5. spoon into muffin pan

  6. place in a 425 degree oven for about 20 minutes
