Recipe Ingredients for Kevin's Gameday Chili

20 oz Ground Turkey
8 ounces Fresh Chopped Onions
1.5 tbsp Minced Garlic
28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
30 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
15 oz Pumpkin
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Chili Powder
0.5 tsp Cumin
0.106 oz Cayenne Pepper
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1.5 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Kevin's Gameday Chili

  1. brown meat and onions

  2. add garlic and cook for one minute or until fragrant

  3. add remaining ingredients

  4. simmer and stir occasionally for 15--30 minutes until zucchini is done enough for you

  5. Serve with reduced fat 2% cheddar or jack cheese on top or light sour cream, cornbread on the side. Not incl. in nutritional calculations
