Recipe Ingredients for Kevin's Favorite Omelet

1 eggs, 1 tbsp peanut oil, 1/4 cup Italian shredded cheese, 1 slice smoked ham, 3 tsp 2% reduced fat milk

Recipe Directions for Kevin's Favorite Omelet

Fry beaten eggs with peanut oil and when both sides are firm enough to flip add on a slice of ham and 1/4 cup of cheese and fold the egg in half letting the cheese melt in the warm egg.
