Recipe Ingredients for Kerrie's salad dressing

1 cup olive oil
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbs garlic, crushed
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Kerrie's salad dressing

  1. Use mortar and pestle to crush 6 cloves of garlic.

  2. add salt to garlic and mash together.

  3. In bowl combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.

  4. Blend with stick blender and pour over your favorite salad.
