Recipe Ingredients for Keri's Quick Chili

1 pound 90% lean ground beef
15 ounces kidney beans, canned
15 ounces corn, canned
14 1/2 ounces chopped tomatoes, canned
35 grams (1 packet) chili seasoning

Recipe Directions for Keri's Quick Chili

  1. Brown ground beef and drain.

  2. Add kidney beans, chili spices, corn and tomatoes without draining any of the cans.

  3. Cook for 10 minutes or until heated all the way through

  4. Optional: Top bowl with sour cream, cheese, or fritos.

  5. Ideas: Put chili over a plate lettuce and have chili salad.

  6. Makes 6 1 cup servings
