Recipe Ingredients for Keri's Barbecue Sloppy Joes

1 lb ground beef 90% lean
2 tbsp minced onion flakes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp mustard (the condiment)
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Keri's Barbecue Sloppy Joes

  1. In large skillet brown ground beef, onion flakes and garlic, then drain.

  2. Add ketchup, barbecue sauce, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and spices.

  3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve on buns.
