Very yummy, moist, banana bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Keri's banana bread

3 tbsp butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 medium bananas
2 eggs
2 tbsp molasses
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Keri's banana bread

  1. cream butter and sugar.

  2. add eggs and molasses and bananas.

  3. beat until smooth.

  4. mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda.

  5. add to wet mixture.

  6. stir in peanut butter chips (optional).

  7. spread in greased loaf pan.

  8. sprinkle evenly with coarse sugar.

  9. bake in greased loaf pan in 350F oven for about 1 hour
