Recipe Ingredients for KERF Oatmeal

1 cup fat free milk
1 cup water
1 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp
1 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 banana medium

Recipe Directions for KERF Oatmeal

  1. Turn on stove to medium

  2. Add milk, water, oatmeal & sliced banana to pot

  3. Cook until they start to bubble (not boil)

  4. Stir vigorously for 2 minutes

  5. Add vanilla

  6. Add cinnamon, brown sugar and flax seeds

  7. Serve
