Recipe Ingredients for KERF Oatmeal Pancake

1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup egg whites
50 g mashed banana
1/3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for KERF Oatmeal Pancake

  1. Combine oats, baking powder and cinnamon.

  2. Add egg white and mashed banana and stir to combine.

  3. Let sit for 2-3 minutes (or 1 hour if using old fashioned oats instead of quick cooking)

  4. Spray pan with non stick cooking spray and heat to medium.

  5. Pour in mix and shape into round 'pancake' shape

  6. Let cook for 2-3ish minutes and then flip with large spatula.

  7. Finish cooking for 2-3 minutes.

  8. Top with whatever you like!
