Recipe Ingredients for Kentucky Fried Chicken Strips

2 tablespoons salt
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons pepper
4 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon mustard, ground
1 tablespoon thyme, ground
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano, ground
1 tablespoon ginger, ground
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders

Recipe Directions for Kentucky Fried Chicken Strips

  1. Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit

  2. Mix all spices and flour together.

  3. Cut chicken breast into 3/4" strips.

  4. Dip pieces of chicken in beaten raw egg or egg whites until lightly coated.

  5. Roll in spices.

  6. Place in rakes or baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken juices run clear.

  8. Serve warm with spicy plum sauce.
