200 g all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 tblsp olive oil
5 oz tomato sauce
0.66 tsp fennel
3/10 tsp salt
3/10 tsp oregano
3/10 tsp basil
3/10 tsp garlic powder
3/10 tsp black pepper
3/10 tsp salt
8 oz mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Ken's Cheese Pizza

  1. Pizza dough is prepared with the first three ingredients and 66 g water

  2. Pizza dough is allowed to age 2 to 5 days in the fridge

  3. Pizza dough is rolled thin, coated with olive oil, docked, and pre-cooked at 550 F for 6 minutes.

  4. The sauce and cheese is applied, then the pizza cooked at 450 F for 10 minute
