Great recipe! For low calorie version use only 1/8 of chocolate chips, or don't use them at all! These cookies are low on sugar in comparison to other recipes because I use the chocolate as a substitute and it works! Chocolate is an antioxidant and should be enjoyed in moderation... Better this way then in a candy bar!

Recipe Ingredients for Kenia's Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

1/8 cup fat free milk
1/4 cup raw sugar
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup rolled oats

Recipe Directions for Kenia's Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

  2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  3. Combine all ingredients, dry first then wet.

  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
