Recipe Ingredients for Kelly's "Re-fried" Beans

2 lbs pinto beans
1 lb ground turkey
4 oz 2% mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Kelly's "Re-fried" Beans

Soak beans for 24 hours, changing the water every 4-8 and rinsing beans in cold water before soaking again. Cook beans in crock-pot until done. Brown ground turkey in large pan, add beans and cheese. Do not add fat! The turkey has enough. Cook until cheese is melted. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Store in fridge overnight. Eat the next day. :) Use in burritos or as dip for chips.
