This is a quick recipe I like to make for lunch on weekends. It's more filling than a sandwich and takes about the same amount of time.

Recipe Ingredients for Kelly's Quick Shrimp Diablo Burritos

6 oz Frozen Shrimp
1/2 c Pasta Sauce (Fat Free)
1/2 c Salsa (Picante Red)
1/2 c Franks Red Hot Sauce
1/2 c Sliced Jalapeno
1/2 c Black Beans
2 T Tostitos Salsa Con Queso (Nacho Cheese)
2 each 96% Fat Free ''Heart Healthy'' Tortillas (8")

Recipe Directions for Kelly's Quick Shrimp Diablo Burritos

  1. Boil shrimp per instructions on package. Remove tails when cooked.

  2. In an 8-10" saute pan mix sauces, beans, cheese and peppers and cook over medium heat.

  3. Add cooked shrimp to sauce and increase heat. Cook until just boiling, stirring frequently.

  4. Divide filling into tortilla shells and roll.

  5. Makes 2 Large burittos.
