Recipe Ingredients for Kelly's Pork Cutlets

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1.02 kg pork

Recipe Directions for Kelly's Pork Cutlets

  1. add all ingredients except for pork to a marinading bowl and mix well.

  2. Add the pork and make sure it's covered with the marinade.

  3. Put in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours

  4. Heat frying pan to about a 5 or 6.

  5. Add pork to pan, flip after 5 minutes, let it cook another 5 minutes and you're done!

  6. Serve with a leafy salad and a glass of red wine
