Double everything to make a full recipe. I usually end-up eating half the taco meat in two tacos so I entered the recipe to reflect my portion. An envelope of taco seasoning = the full recipe portion.

Recipe Ingredients for Kelly's Ground Turkey Tacos

1/2 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 serrano pepper
0.63 ounces taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 ounces tomato paste
1/2 cup water
2 flour tortillas
1 cup lettuce
2 ounces light sour cream
1/2 small avocado
2 ounces cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Kelly's Ground Turkey Tacos

  1. Chop serrano and cook with turkey meat in skillet until turkey in brown. Drain fat.

  2. Add taco seasoning, water, and tomato paste. Mix together until well blended.

  3. Serve taco meat in tortilla topped with sour cream, lettuce, avocado, and sprinkle with cheese.
