2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
12 oz Cucumber, sliced
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
2 oz Al's Swamp Gas Red Wine Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Keith's Summer Salad

Make salad about 1 hour a head of time so the vinegar has time to pickle to vegetables a little. Salt and Pepper to taste
