500 g lean minced beef 1 yellow onion 4 cloves of garlic small bunch of parsley 5 tsp oat spices 1/2 spoon of each curry powder/all spice/ black pepper salt / cinamon and dry corriander tahini sauce 3 tbsp tahini 1 clove garlic 3 cups low fat yogurt 2 tbsp lemon

Recipe Directions for kefta cassarol with tahini sauce

  1. chop the onion and the garlic using the chopper .

  2. Chop the parsley very fine add to the meat.

  3. Add the oat and the spices to the meat and mix all too well

  4. put the meet in the cassarol heat the oven at 350f

  5. bake it for 20 min then

  6. mix all the tahini ingredients and add them to the meat and bake it for 30 min or until the sauce become a little thick
