Bananas
Flaxseed Meal
LowFat Strawberry Kefir
Spinach

Recipe Directions for Kefir Spinach Smoothie

1 frozen banana, serving of flax, hand full of spinach, 1/2 cup kefir any flavor, and a couple scoops of whey protein. Throw it in a blender and eat it up! If you don't have frozen bananas just throw a couple of ice cubes in instead. Some times I need to add about 1/4 cup water to be able to blend it all up, sometimes not.
