When entire portion weighs 340g- 1/8 vegetables & 1/8 is Schweingeschnetzeltes Gyro Art (125g = 150kcal)

Recipe Ingredients for Kebab Pfanne

3 tsp Olive Oil
2 Zucchini
200 g Carrots
250 g Tomato (Cherry)
2 Onion
100 g Mushroom
500 ml Water

Recipe Directions for Kebab Pfanne

  1. Heat oil in pan

  2. Add kebab to pan

  3. Cook until almost everything cooked-there can be a little pink left over- the meat shouldn't get tough

  4. Remove Kebab von pan

  5. After pan is cleaned out heat another tsp of oil in the pan and then add onion

  6. After a few minutes add Zucchini, Carrots & Mushrooms

  7. Let cook and brown for awhile

  8. Add tomato

  9. Add water and seasonings

  10. let cook

  11. Before the vegetables get too soft add meat back into the pan and mix with veggies and sauce

  12. Cover shortly and let the meat absorb some of the sauce

  13. Portion out the meal and top with tzatziki

  14. Enjoy!
