Recipe Ingredients for Kea's veg stirfry

1 tablespoon oil
1 cup sliced green peppers
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 cup sliced carrots
3 cups cabbage
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon curry powder

Recipe Directions for Kea's veg stirfry

Heat oil and add all vegetables. Sautee for about 5-8 minutes or to prefered consistency. Add ginger paste, soy sauce, curry powder and stir. Add rice until well blended.
