Recipe Ingredients for KD Smart the Smart way

2 serving KD Smart High fibre
1 cup Frozen Cut Corn
1 cup Frozen Green Peas
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
1.5 dash Salt, Table
1.5 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for KD Smart the Smart way

  1. Boil some water, probably around 6 cups or so. Add 2 dashes of salt.

  2. Add your peas and corn, bring it back to a boil.

  3. Add the KD smart, cook until done.

  4. Drain, put it back into the pot, add a pat of butter, 3 tbsp of milk and your packaged sauce powder. Stir stir stir.

  5. [If you don't want to use butter or milk you can substitute 3 tbsp of light cream cheese for a tastier, healthier result. I didn't have any on me.]

  6. Add in your cup and a half of uncooked spinach and stir it in. Yum. :]

  7. Make sure the spinach was washed!

  8. Enjoy!
