Tomato & Eggs Omelet with Chilli, Salami & Onions!

Recipe Ingredients for Kayana - the Spicy version!

5 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tomato, pureed
4 tbsp grated parmesan
1 onion, cut into rings
40 g Hungarian-type salami
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Kayana - the Spicy version!

  1. Heat non-stick pan, add tomato.

  2. Cook tomato until fluids have evaporated, adding spices and salt.

  3. Add salami and onions and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Then add eggs and start cooking, scrambling continuously.

  5. Cook until eggs are cooked through.

  6. Serve hot!
