1 cup ladled over quinoa or brown rice, very hearty very filling, no added salt or fat

Recipe Ingredients for Katy's veggie chili

2 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
2 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds
3 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
2 cup, cubes Yam
0.5 large Onions
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Parsley, Dried
0.5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno

Recipe Directions for Katy's veggie chili

  1. cook beans drain

  2. add to slow cooker add all ingedients + 2 cans of water,

  3. slow cook 6 hours

  4. thicken with some canned pumpkin if it needs it. yum
