This "bread" is VERY dense... probably because it's nothing more than banana and flour...

Recipe Ingredients for Kat's Vegan Banana Bread

6 ripe bananas
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 cups brown flour
1 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Kat's Vegan Banana Bread

  1. Set oven to 350F. Grease pan.

  2. Mash bananas and mix in flour sugar and baking powder. Unless your bananas are VERY ripe - you may need to add water at this point.

  3. Pour into cake tin. And bake until golden/cooked.

  4. Slice. Freeze. Toast. Serve with peanut butter.
