Recipe Ingredients for Kat's Sausage Brunch Quiche (with real eggs)

1 lb pork sausage (cooked and dranined)
1/2 green onion (chopped)
1 mushrooms, canned drained (sliced)
2 tomatoes (medium, chopped)
16 oz Mozarella, part skim milk (shredded)
1 cup All Purpose Baking Mix (dry)
12 eggs
1 cup milk, canned nonfat
3/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Kat's Sausage Brunch Quiche (with real eggs)

  1. In a prepared 6x12 casserole pan layer: sausage, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk baking mix, eggs, milk, italian spices, garlic salt and pepper.

  3. Pour egg mix over layered ingredients.

  4. Bake, uncovered, 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until top is set and lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
