Creamy delicious breakfast quiche.

Recipe Ingredients for Kat's

2/3 cup Bell Peppers (chopped yellow and red)
1/2 cup asparagus (cut small)
3 cup hash brown potatoes (frozen)
4 oz goat cheese, soft type (cheese crumbled)
10 eggs (lightly beaten)
3 oz Milk - Canned, Evaporated, Nonfat
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
1 tablespoon dried chives
1/3 cup cheddar cheese (grated)

Recipe Directions for Kat's

  1. Thaw hash browns and sprinkle in bottom of sprayed 6 x 12 casserole dish

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  3. Saute veggies.

  4. Beat eggs with salt, pepper, mustard, chives

  5. Layer veggies, next goat cheese, next egg mixture, lastly the shredded cheddar cheese

  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until light browned and eggs are set.
