Recipe Ingredients for Kati's Goulash

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion
14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes, italian recipe
11 ounces can corn, drained
6 ounces whole wheat egg noodles
6 ounces of olives
1 cup water
2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Kati's Goulash

  1. Saute onions

  2. Add ground beef to the pan and brown

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer until noodles are done to your liking

  4. Serve like that or sprinkle your favorite cheese over the top (don't forget to add those calories if you do!)
