Recipe Ingredients for Katie's Tomato Pie

2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
2 cups shredded cheddar
1/2 lb bacon (uncooked)
5 tomatoes, sliced thin
2 spanish onions, sliced thin
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Salt
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for Katie's Tomato Pie

Heat oven to 375. Spray 9x12 pan with cooking spray. Spread thin layer of breadcrumbs in bottom of pan. Spread layer of cheese. Then layer tomato slices, onions and more breadcrumbs. Then cheese, then tomatoes, onions, more cheese and breadcrumbs again. Lay uncooked bacon on top in thin layer. Pour beaten eggs (seasoned with S&P) over whole dish. Bake at 375 for about an hour + until golden brown.
