2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
2 oz Cilantro
4 fl oz Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt Substitute
2 tsp Garlic
