Recipe Ingredients for Katie's Sesame Noodle Salad

32 oz dry Whole Wheat Thin Spaghetti
16 oz 3-Color Deli Cole Slaw
6 large Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 cup Harvest Best Mandarin Oranges
4 oz Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 oz Sesame Seeds
8 oz Sesame Orange
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 serving Soy Sauce
5 oz Cider Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Katie's Sesame Noodle Salad

  1. Prepare pasta according to package instructions - al dente about 5 minutes. Rinse under cool water.

  2. Wash and dice pepper and onion.

  3. Cut pasta so pieces are about 1.5"-2" long (you could also break it before you cook it).

  4. Mix pasta, cabbage shreds, onion & peppers in a large bowl.

  5. Combine dressing, vinegar, soy sauce, spices & sesame seeds & mix well.

  6. Coat salad in sauce & refrigerate at least one hour.
