Recipe Directions for Katie's Low-Cal Choc Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat over to 350

  2. Blend maragarine, Splenda and brown sugar until creamy.

  3. Add baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, egg whites and water.

  4. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  5. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time, can reduce or increase 2 cups as needed.

  6. Stir in 3/4 cup chocolate chips

  7. Drop by rounded teaspoon full onto a cookie sheet, sprayed with cooking spray.

  8. Bake 8 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. Allow to cool on cookie rack.

  9. Makes about 3.5 dozen (40-42 cookies)
