2 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
4 tbsp Organic Tahini Butter - No Salt (Raw)
1 oz Lemon Juice
3 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Salt Substitute

Recipe Directions for Katie's Hummus

Puree in food processor until uniform texture. Adjust lemon/tahini/salt to taste. Add herbs/spices as desired.
