8 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
4 oz Onions
3 cloves Garlic
1 oz Garlic Scapes
2 oz Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Katie's Green Soup

Boil all ingredients in liberal amount of water. Simmer, covered for 1 hour. Blend in batches (draining off some fluid if needed).
