Recipe Ingredients for Katie's Fab Chicken Casserole

4 c. chopped boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
3 cups frozen peas
112 g Ritz crackers
6 oz margarine

Recipe Directions for Katie's Fab Chicken Casserole

Cook 4 breasts and cut into small pieces. Put in bottom of foil lined pan. Pour frozen peas in over chicken. Mix sour cream and soup in a bowl. Spread in pan. Crumble Ritz crackers in another bowl and pour melted margarine on and mix. Spread the crumble mix on top of the casserole. Put in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
