Classic Thai Chicken coconut soup. This made without coconut milk to reduce calories, add if desired. Garlic is also optional.

Recipe Ingredients for katie's chicken coconut soup

20 sprigs Coriander Leaves
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 cube Soup, Chicken Broth Cubes, Dehydrated, Dry
1 medium raw Onion Red
1 lime yields Lime Juice
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 serving Cayenne Pepper Spice

Recipe Directions for katie's chicken coconut soup

saute chopped chicken, chopped onion, chopped cilantro and squeeze lime juice into coconut oil. When browned, add 6 cups hot water in which you've dissolved 4 chicken broth cubes. Bring to boil, add cayenne pepper. If desired, finish with coconut milk (calories not included in recipe).
