This did not turn out well - maybe just needs to be cooked in a pan as opposed to the oven. Probably won't make again.

Recipe Ingredients for Katie's Black Bean Veggie Burgers

3 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
2 large Egg, Whole
3 cloves Garlic
1 oz Lime Juice
0.25 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Katie's Black Bean Veggie Burgers

  1. Mix all ingredients in the food processor.

  2. Spoon evenly into a muffin tin (should fill 12 spots).

  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

  4. Or skip the muffin pan and cook them in a non-stick pan with cooking spray or olive oil - probably a better idea.
