Recipe Ingredients for Katie's Banana Bread

2/3 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 bananas
1/3 cup pecans
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Katie's Banana Bread

  1. Mix first four ingredients first

  2. Smash bananas

  3. Mix dry ingredients except nuts and chocolate

  4. Add dry ingredients alternating with bananas and mix

  5. Add nuts and chocolate

  6. Bake at 350 for one hour

  7. Makes one loaf.
