Recipe Ingredients for Katie Ballard's Meatloaf

1 egg
1 pound ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/4 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Katie Ballard's Meatloaf

  1. Beat egg. Break beef into egg. Mix all ingredients except ketchup together.

  2. Shape into loaf and place in glass baking pan. Spread ketchup on top.

  3. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
