Moist delicious banana bread baked in 4 small loaf pans

Recipe Ingredients for Kathy's Banana Bread

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
0.33 cup chopped walnuts
2 ripe bananas
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for Kathy's Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix brown sugar, oil, eggs till well blended. Add Flours, baking soda. Add bananas and nuts, mix till all blended. Spray 4 small loaf pans with Bakers Joy. Pour batter into loaf pans and bake approx 35 minutes or untill toothpick inserted into thickest part comes out clean.
