Recipe Ingredients for Kathleen's buttermilk pecan pie

3 eggs
1.33 cups sugar
2 tbsp flour
8 tbsp butter
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Pecans, Jim's style

Recipe Directions for Kathleen's buttermilk pecan pie

  1. beat eggs with whisk

  2. add sugar and flour to eggs

  3. beat well

  4. add buttermilk, butter, and vanilla extract

  5. Stir well

  6. pour in 10 inch pie crust

  7. sprinkle pecan pieces on top

  8. bake 1 hour at 300 or until golden brown and set.
